We provide participants with tools and techniques for addressing discrimination in the workplace to prevent liability and ensure legal compliance.  Workshops are offered to discuss claims of discrimination based on race, religion, color, age, sex, disability, sexual orientation, hostile work environment, sexual harassment, retaliation, unequal pay, wage and hour, employee discipline, unemployment, unfair labor practices, and other employment matters.  These workshops discuss the statutory prohibitions of discrimination included in Title VII, Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), Equal Pay Act (“EPA”), Pregnancy Discrimination Act (“PDA”), Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), Family Medical Leave Act (“FMLA”), Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (“USERRA”), Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act (“GINA”), and the Colorado Anti-Discrimination Act (“CADA”).
